As the Production Supervisor at our farm service centre in Yorkton, SK, you will be accountable to the Plant Manager to lead critical processes and systems for the operation of a grain and crop inputs facility by ensuring and building a world class culture around Operational Excellence and the core impact areas: Risk Management, Operational Effectiveness, Capital Effectiveness, Reliability Excellence and Talent Management. You will plan and execute physical operations on a daily basis to ensure that Cargill standards, Operational Excellence Scorecard Factors, and customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for direct supervision of the Operations staff at the location.
