Description

Specific Requirement:- Completion of a college or other program in computer science/network administration with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

To provide network and internet support
to users in response to customer
difficulties
To provide technical support to our
customers.
To understand the functional
requirements of the computer networks
and to implement as required.
Coordinate personal computer hardware
and software trouble shooting,
installation, repair, problem diagnosis
and implementation.
Install test and maintain a variety of
personal computing and network hardware
and software system.
Provide support to user community.
Ensure that complete inventory of
supplies and pans are maintained and all
the shortage are ordered in timely
manner.
