Job Description:-
1. Oversee daily operation of LAN (Local
Area Network) & wide area network (WAN).
2. Looking after the Thin Client portal,
Finnone portal and Simplify portal.
3. Provide User Support to All the Users
in the Office.
4. Provided technical support and
recommendations on equipment/software as
needed.
5. Making needed repairs or upgrades the
equipment/systems.
6. Install, maintain and troubleshoot
and upgrade web server.
7. Perform data backup operations.
8. Dealing with the Corporate Customer
for their Internet Related Problems.
9. Dealing with Vendor for Procurement
of Printer Materials and Services.
10. Executes hardware and software
updates when necessary.

- Implement data, software and hardware security procedures
- Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records
- Set up local area networks and connections to the internet
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance
