Job Description:
-We are looking for a responsible individual to join our team

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a Concrete Finisher
-Formal training in an asset
-Ability to read and understand blueprints
-Experience working individually or in a team setting
-Must possess valid class 5 drivers license or equivalent with a clean driving record
-Team player willing to work long hours in peak seasons
-It is expected that a candidate will live in surrounding area or be willing to relocate and have own transportation

Responsibilities:
-Build proper base for concrete forms, build forms, and hang rebar
-Haul, shovel, place, level and finish concrete with hand and power tools
-Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
-Fill hollows and remove high spots to smooth freshly poured concrete
-Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
-Water proof, damp-proof and restore concrete surfaces
-Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of floors, walls, roads and other concrete structures
-Calculate concrete needed to complete job
-All other duties as required by employer
