JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure that customer service is delivered at
the highest possible level by ensuring that
functions run smoothly and that Hotel Standards
are met. To ensure that Banquet Rooms are clean,
well maintained and set to banquet and contract
standards. To ensure that customers are served in
a respectful, helpful and courteous manner at all
times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be presentable, possess excellent inter-
personal skills, be professional and self
motivated.
Must be reliable and hard working.
Ability to take direction from ordinates.
Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is
a definite asset.
