Excel Tire Ltd. is a mechanics and service shop that operates out of Biggar Saskatchewan. We are currently looking for 1 Automotive Service Technician to join our team and handle a variety of tasks within the shop. This is an opportunity to join a strong team in a great work environment.  
Main Duties
The Automotive Technician will be responsible for the following duties and tasks:
    Work within the shop cohesively with the team.
    Review work orders and follow up with supervisor on options for repair.
    Inspect motor in operation, road test motor vehicle, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults. Problem solving and diagnosing issues.
    Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment.
    Adjust and test repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.
    Perform scheduled routine maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrication and tune ups.
    Evaluate, examine, and service a variety of different vehicles.
    Other duties and tasks as required by the employer.
