Provide technical support to Enbridge Pipelines (Saskatchewan) Inc. management, administration and operations personnel on pipeline and facility integrity matters and manage pipeline and facility integrity programs and projects as assigned.
Actively manage and/or provide oversight to various integrity programs, including chemical inhibition, cathodic protection, inline inspection, pipeline repair, and facility inspection and repair.
Monitor and evaluate the success of various integrity programs and implement measures for improvement.
Provide engineering and integrity expertise to assist with incident reporting and investigation.
Coordinate and prepare the annual capital budget and long range plans for integrity related activities.
Assess company risk and implement control systems and processes.
Provide engineering support on operational matters and assist with evaluation, justification, planning and implementation of system improvement and maintenance items.
Management of large multi-disciplinary projects including: planning, estimating, justification, construction and implementation. Responsible for both the timely completion and cost control of projects.
Provide engineering recommendations regarding corporate philosophies, including operation and administrative procedures.
Ensure that integrity related activities are conducted in accordance with the Company's health, safety and environmental policies.
Mechanical or other related Engineering Degree
Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan.
4+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience related to pipeline and facility integrity and operations.
NACE, API, CSA and other related courses are an asset.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
