Toepfer International Western Grain and Processing Division (wholly owned by ADM) is seeking a Plant Manager for our North Battleford Facility.  The Plant Manager is responsible for all business and operational functions at the plant, for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone at the plant and meeting internal targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will have

    Experience in a leadership position with a grain or special crops processing facility with strong knowledge of physical plant management
    Understanding of grain buying and handling
    Understanding of the logistics supply chain, including trucks, rail, intermodal and containers
    Excellent communication, team leadership and collaboration skills, particularly with respect to coaching and performance management
