We are looking for a telemarketer to join our team.
We are a mid size Commercial Cleaning Company In Saskatchewan and we are growing very fast.
We currently have 1 full time telemarketer We are tooling for a 2nd on to join our team.
About the job:
-You will work 7 hours per day From 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. You will take a lunch break from 12:00PM to 1:00PM
-You will use a cell phone to make calls with that has unlimited calling through out Canada.
-You will handle about 300 calls per day.
-You will let businesses know that we will be in their area and ask them if we could stop by to give them a free cleaning estimate.
-the average telemarketer will book 6 appointments per day.
-you will fill out an excel form for each appointment that you book.
-All training will be provided.
-you will not be selling anything, you will only book appointments for a sales person to visit the customer.
-you will call businesses only in Saskatchewan.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-must speak good English.
-must have a properly working computer.
-must not live in an area where their is rooster, dog, or heavy fan noise.
-must be willing to work part time. Telemarketers that miss more then 10% of their shifts on a regular basis will be let go to make room for serious telemarketers.
You will work for one of the friendliest and most reasonable bosses.
PAY:
Commission 20% on the first months contract that we close. (Average telemarketer books 15 appointments per week or 3 per day)
Interviews will be conducted via Skype, in person or over the phone.
