We have been building quality, affordable homes since 1969, and due to our increase in sales, J&H Homes is searching for a motivated individual to work with our sales team as a draftsperson developing our Ready To Move homes.

Responsibilities:
Work with salespeople and customers to develop custom layouts
Modifying existing plans and developing new creations within the scope of residential home design
Work with production team to ensure the vision and goals of J&H Homes is fulfilled
Qualifications:
Significant experience with CAD design software
Strong understanding of residential home design
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Loyal and committed to the mission of J&H Homes
