Description

Description:    Reporting to the Manager of Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Services, the Parks & Recreation Facilities Labourer III positions perform ordinary labour duties of a routine nature under immediate supervision.

Qualifications:  
Arena Operator Level I Certification (asset)
WHMIS Certification
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
Minimum Grade 12 or its equivalent.
Possess a valid Class 5 Drivers license.
Must be capable of driving a vehicle with standard transmission.
Must be able to use a weed eater for extended periods.
Ability to read and write.
Ability to prepare individual time sheet.
Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
Physical ability to perform the assigned  duties.
The ability to lift a minimum 50 lbs.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Must maintain effective working conditions and relationships with fellow employees and ability to interact with general public in a tact and courteous manner.
