Perm. Full time Administrative Assistant at Langenburg High School

Assignment:
7.5 hrs/day; work schedule to be determined in consultation with the Principal
Term:
To begin October 27, 2014
Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
In accordance with Administrative Procedure 400-Staff Recruitment and Selection (as outlined on our website), if the successful candidate has not completed the appropriate training, he or she will be required to enroll in a Board approved post-secondary course related to office education or business prior to the completion of their probationary period.

Duties:
Duties include providing clerical assistance to the school, and other duties as outlined on our website in Administrative Procedure 433-Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistants
Salary:
In accordance with the current CUPE Local 4784 Collective Agreement,as listed on our website
