Our Client believes in the growth and development of their teammates. As the first point of contact for their Customers, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service. Duties will include, but are not limited to: order entry and expediting, stock and price inquiries, quotation application and technical support.
Responsibilities for the Customer Support Representative position will include:
-A minimum Grade 12 education, however, preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education
-Strong Administration skills with demonstrated previous success in roles focusing on administration as well as AR & AP reconciliations
-Work well in and support a team based environment
-Work well with minimum supervision
-Must have a strong work ethic
-Highly organized with attention to detail
-Strong communication, customer service skills and a positive attitude
