We have a position available for a Brandt Technical Assistance Center Manager in our Regina Customer Support Centre.
Reporting to the Corporate Service Operations Manager, this position will manage and maintain the Brandt Technical Assistance Center
Primary Responsibilities include:
-Setting up and managing an Brandt Technical Assistance Center case file system for logging issues and solutions
-Working directly with Service Departments and Vendors to solve machine service issues
-Gathering machine failure data to identify machine service issues faster
Manage and track Product Improvement Programs to ensure completion
-Develop and maintain a customer interactive telematics (JD Link) system
The successful candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Five years or more experience in a supervisory position in customer service and/or service management is preferred.
