Position for an Early Childhood Educator Level III
with Sask Certification. Position is full time 6.75 hours/day (8:30 to 4:30) Monday to Friday. Applicant must have a current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C, CIP and TB immunization and be medically/physically fit to work with children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Salary is set to a grid.

- First Aid Certificate
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
- Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members
- Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
- Assess the developmental level of children
- Knowledge of licensing regulations

Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
- Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
- Prepare and serve snacks
- Observe children and report on observations to supervisor

- Conduct and monitor activity programs designed for young children
- Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers
- Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
