Description

As a member of Envirotecs leadership group, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of our business operations in Regina and surrounding area. Your wealth of knowledge and experience will be relied upon to efficiently manage the daily branch operations including the financial, physical and human resources. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company as an industry leader while creating a safe and positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Communicate extensively with Division Managers to ensure branch operations and division goals and operations are synchronized.

2. Assess and identify current and potential sales and revenue opportunities with a goal of achieving an increase in sales, profitability and market share.

3. Participate actively in industry and community organizations, building a network of contacts to increase the presence and reputation of Envirotec in the area.

4. Develop  effective  relationships  with  customers,  suppliers,  and  employees  at  the  branch  and  in  the community.

5. Ensure divisions are properly and competently staffed through working closely with Division Managers and Human Resources. Provide direction, training, coaching and leadership to employees.

6. Ensure the proper maintenance and safekeeping of company assets including the building, equipment, and inventory.

7. Research and monitor competitiveness in the local market.

8. Support company safety initiatives and lead safety for the branch. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

9. Conduct on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.

10. Lead in identifying and evaluating hazards, hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
