Description

THE REGISTERED NURSE A IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE NURSING UNIT MANAGER OR DIRECTOR OF NURSING. THE REGISTERED NURSE A IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VISION, MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE PRINCE ALBERT PARKLAND HEALTH REGION. AS A MEMBER OF THE NURSING DEPARTMENT, THE REGISTERED NURSE A HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT CENTERED CARE.

Acute Care/Long Term Care/Mental Health

Required Qualificatitions:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support
Registered or eligible for recognition with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurse Association
Valid class 5 drivers license
