Employer information:  Mechanical Contractor. Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Services. River City is positioned to handle everything from new construction to renovations or 24 hour service for customers.


Job duties:
    Lay out reference points and patterns
    Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures
    Weld or bolt sections together
    Sheet metal fabrications
    Build & install metal service platforms for roof top and make up air units
    Build & install ductwork for air distribution systems
    Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines
    Construct patterns and templates
    Metal fabrication project management
    Read blueprints
    Instruct apprentices

Requirements:
-Education: Completion of high school
-Experience:  At least 3 years of experience or a post-secondary certificate is required

Salary: $23.00  $25.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week.  
Benefits: We provide disability insurance, dental insurance, extended medical insurance and pension.

Other: Occasionally overtime may be required. Summer and winter hours do not fluctuate. Employee will have to work in some rural areas to provide service to our customers usually within a 100 km radius of business address (Battlefords and area)
