Call Centre Evaluator

SIIT is currently looking for a Call Centre Evaluator in the Nutrition North Canada Program.  Under the supervision of the Acting Manager for the Call Centre, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient evaluation on claims to provide excellent customer service to suppliers and vendors for the purposes of building lasting professional relationships.      
Duties:
Evaluate and verify claims as provided
Clear any deficient lines on claims
Provide suppliers with accurate information
Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
Complete log/notes in Filemaker Pro accurately and concisely
Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in deficiencies on the claims
Recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
Must successfully complete a Personal Screening Consent and Authorization Form as well as a Security Screening Certificate and Briefing Form provided by the Government of Canada
Upon successful completion of the above form, the candidate will be provided with a Security Screening Certificate
Must successfully demonstrate the techniques needed to provide accurate information to suppliers. This knowledge could be obtained from previous customer service experience or any related post-secondary education.
Must be able to work under continual pressure and demonstrate the flexibility necessary to work in a continually changing environment
Demonstrated analytical and decision making abilities
Computer literate with ability to learn customer service software applications
Knowledge with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of a First Nations language, and/or culture would be considered an asset
Knowledge of Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies programs and course offerings
