Comtech is currently accepting applications for a Service Desk Technician. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for all Comtech employees. Responsibilities will include questions/problem diagnoses, end-user assistance, communicating technical solutions in a user friendly manner, creating tickets in Footprints, and escalating problems to appropriate individuals within the IT department as required.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or Microsoft certifications
- Previous Helpdesk experience is an asset
- Telecom industry experience preferred
