The Sales Consultant will represent Maple Farm Equipment in the retail sales activity that will foster long term business relationships and loyalty of all the companys current and potential customers. This individual will take full responsibility for sales and marketing of whole goods in the assigned trade area and conduct all the business transaction on behalf of the company in a fair and honest manner.
Performance Expectations:
1. Consistently provide sales and marketing coverage of all key customer accounts in the assigned accounts. Develop a good understanding of customer needs and be a solution provider
2. Achieve targeted sales and gross margin goals.
3. Understand and follow dealership processes and policies. Complete Paperwork in a timely manner as outlined in the sales process flowchart.
4. Follow up with all completed sales to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase experience.
5. Stay current on all products that we represent, as well as competition. Understand and accurately evaluate used equipment.
6. Effectively practice time management. To efficiently manage time and schedule.
7. Be a team player in the sales team as well as the entire dealership.
8. Support dealerships overall relationship with our customers.
