Altern Properties is a full service property management company that currently manages over 700 multi-family apartment units. We are a growing entrepreneurial business based in Regina, with planned expansion throughout Western Canada.

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our tenants and is responsible to deliver friendly, efficient customer service.

Key responsibilities:
Answering and directing all incoming calls and greeting our clients.

Assisting in show suite set up and marketing.

Completing media ads and monitoring the same to ensure maximum exposure to renters.

Assist in show suite viewings for potential clients.

Process transactions and cash receipts.

Filing of documents.

Administrative and clerical support

Assisting all team members as requested and required.

Skills and knowledge:

Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and strong proof-reading skills

Numeracy skills

Team oriented

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Possesses Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
