THE POSITION:
North Battleford Agencies an Innovation partner, is looking for a highly motivated, team oriented professional to deliver high quality insurance products and services which meet the needs of our customers, through service and renewal of Motor Vehicle licensing and other personal insurance lines by responding to customers and potential customer inquiries. The position, with appropriate accreditation, will sell, develop and refer business for our Agency business in Battlefords locations and support our team of Insurance Specialists in delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities will include:
- Attending to front counter customer transactions for Motor Vehicles, general insurance and all other inquiries
- General front office duties such as answering all incoming phone calls and directing to appropriate staff, processing incoming and outgoing mail daily, maintaining expiry lists, filing and typing letters as requested by Account Managers, ordering supplies and any other duties as required by management
- Maintain education of products by attending seminars, taking required courses and reviewing bulletins
- Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge
