POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the major projects team, you will report to the senior administrative assistant II, project delivery office in Saskatoon. However, your position will be based at the McArthur River operation. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the construction management team, preparing and issuing reports, department communication, organizing and taking minutes at meetings, document control, maintaining project filing, general office duties and other duties as assigned.
This is a 12 month temporary position.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Business or administrative certificate or diploma
Two to four years of relevant work experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, build trust and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of personnel
Assets:
Experience with SAP
Document control experience
Previous experience in a project environment
