Meridian Manufacturing Inc. (MMI) in Regina, SK consists of over 180 dedicated employees who design and manufacture top of the line grain augers, bins, conveyors, aeration and movers which are sold coast to coast and around the world. As the Component Assembler you will be primarily responsible for the assembly of smaller component pieces in the preparation for hardware kits.

The successful team member will be responsible for:
    Studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists in preparation for work to be done; subassemblies, tools, and materials.
    Use of hand, power and pneumatic tools; wrenches, drills and impact gun.
    Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
    Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
    Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
    Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
    Inspect final product to ensure that it is complete
The successful applicant must have a superior work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. The work environment will include; working alone or as part of a team and following safe work practices. Advanced experience in the agricultural industry will be considered an asset in addition to any manufacturing related certifications.
