This is a permanent full time position with possible overtime. Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience.
Job Duties:
1) Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
2) Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
3) Work with minimal supervision
4) Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
5) Inspect kitchens and food service areas
6) Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and equipment, order supplies
7) Work with specialized cooking equipment
8) Maintain a clean kitchen and work areas
9) Oversee kitchen operations
