Main Areas of Responsibility

While not inclusive, the main responsibilities of this position include:
    Processing parts orders for inventory or customer requirements
    Preparing and processing quotes for customer orders
    Sourcing vendors and negotiating pricing
    Conducting all inventory control processes; inventory counts; inventory handling; ordering and data entry into inventory system via AccPac Sage
    Warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading using forklifts and/or manually
    Picking, packing and shipping customer orders and processing related paperwork
    Preparing customer invoices and performing associated data entry tasks
Preferred Qualifications
    2-3 years experience in a parts inventory, warehouse, shipping receiving  or similar position
    Strong customer service orientation and professionalism when dealing with customers whether in person or via telephone
    Experience with computerized accounting and inventory management
    Knowledge of general equipment parts and mechanical acumen in order to assist with custom fabrication projects
    Attention to detail, organization and time management skills
    Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
    Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment
    Valid driver license and own vehicle.
