Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for supporting the management team by providing coaching and hands-on support in the areas of the general HR administration with the focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy review and safety programs of the central office located in Prince Albert as well as the offices situated in the seven Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation communities located in northeastern Saskatchewan.
