Rental Events Coordinator
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual for a Rental Events Coordinator in Lloydminster. This is a full time management position, with a flexible working schedule which will include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Must have exceptional organization skills
Be able to work as a team
Superior communication skills, able to work with customers in a pleasant and diplomatic manner
Experience in event planning and organizing an asset
Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to perform general reception duties
Must have flexibility and be able to multi task. (The position will require you to be on-site during major events that often occur on evenings and weekends.)
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs with a solid understanding of Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Power Point, Outlook and internet a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating rental events with clients
Handling all even scheduling and bookings
Organizing catering, event setups, and rental equipment for clients
Invoicing of events and ordering supplies
Managing event staff team
Responsible for promoting facilities and equipment
Prepare monthly and weekly calendars and distribute to management team using Event Pro software
Handle incoming phone calls and walk in customers, and following up on requests
Booking rentals and following up to collect deposits in order to confirm booking
Responsible for scheduling linen orders, special equipment orders and bartenders
