Salary/Pay Band: Pay Band 19 $40.620 to $43.520 (3 Step Range)

Job Summary:
Oversees the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and support of all computer based information systems of the department/region. Provides regional technical leadership for specific functions (e.g. wide area network, database management or telecommunications). Provides supervisory and/or management support to a project team or work group.

Experience: Previous 48 months experience working in a highly integrated network environment with advanced knowledge of personal computers/networks/protocols, advanced programming/analytical/problem solving/management skills, and advanced ability to negotiate contracts/service arragements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with a major in Computer Science

Experience with designing and deploying virtualization technologies, specific to the following applications:
-VMware Horizon view
-VMware Virtual Center
-VMware Virtual Center Operations
-Vmware Capacity IQ
-VMware Update Manager
-VMware Virtual Distributed Switches
-VMware vShield/NSX

Experience with designing and deploying the following Microsoft application suites:
-Active Directory 2008/2010
-Exchange Server 2010/2013
-SQL Server 2008/2013

Experience with managing and maintaining Blade Server Solutions
Experience with managing and maintaining iSCSI and DAS Solutions.
Experience with load balancing technologies.
