Job Summary:
The position is part of the out of scope management team, with functional reporting to managers, employees, other stakeholders and educational partnerships. The incumbent is responsible for delivering workshops and trainign to meet the general regional Occupational Health & Safety educational needs of employees in an efficient and effective manner. The imcumbent is responsible for developing an appropriate system to asses the educational needs, deliver the programs, and act as an internal resource and assist in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of the OH&S training program in accordance with the PNHR policies and applicable legislation.
Experience:
Experience in the health care field an asset.
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Kinesiology
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to develop programs
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Advanced presentation skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through self-development continuing education programs and informal learning opportunities
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

This is a regional position based out of North Battleford. Travel throughout region will be required.
