Duties and responsibilities:
-Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of restaurant employees in an effective and efficient manner.
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
-Maintain records of the stock, repairs, sales, and wastage of restaurant.
-Train restaurant employees in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
-Ensure that food and service meet restaurant quality control standards.
-Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff.
