BOMBARDIER
In your role, you will:
Document Management:
Responsible for all facets related to document, correspondence and contract management including receipt, registration, distribution, display and archive
Perform management and maintenance of electronic libraries
Responsible for the management and maintenance of all departmental quality documents
Utilize all facets of the Electronic Data Management Systems database for document registration, configuration, distribution, archive and physical data research
Responsible for the management, creation and maintenance of the filing systems both virtual and physical
Uphold applicable security regulations for restricted or sensitive data
Record Management
Provide guidance to BMAT departments regarding the archive of records
Responsible for following established procedures for retrieving archived records and follow up of records that are out on loan
Adhere to the archive retention schedule ensuring appropriate disposition
Quality Management System Support:
Comply with all BMAT Quality System requirements
Respond to internal and external quality or customer audits
Customer Document Management and Reproduction Services:
Provide required course material to students/instructors this includes the preparation, assurance and control of all material
Support BMAT and in accordance with established processes and procedures, complete all reproduction requests, reproduce and assemble documents in an accurate and timely manner
Create EDMS entries to students/instructors
Resource Library Management
Validate and research requested data (availability, cost, etc)
Manage the population of resource literature and control of the resource library
As our ideal candidate,
Completed a Certificate or Diploma in Office Education/Office Automation or have the equivalent of three to five years experience in a structured office administrative capacity.
Please note this is a Part time role.
