Description

This is for a combined Senior Business Analyst & Intermediate Project Manager position.  The position will do Senior Business Analyst work but will also provide Intermediate level project management services as need arises, and the person may fill both BA and PM roles on suitable projects.

Manditory credentials:
CBAP
Project Management Professional (PMP)
PRINCE2 Foundations / Practitioner
Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management or equivalent
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration or business related equivalent.
3+ years experience as a business analyst in an Information Technology environment (projects vary):
* SAP implementation projects, and/or
* Application development projects (experience with software development life-cycle), and/or
* Organizational change projects (change in people's roles, responsibilities and business processes).
* Experience with Event Process Chain (EPC) modeling or Business Process Modeling (BPM)
* Experience with test planning, testing and facilitating user acceptance testing.
* Experience facilitating workshops with users.
2+ years project manager experience:
* Experience managing project budget, scope and schedule
* Experience producing project status reports
* Experience with project forecasting
