Desired Certifications:
CBAP
Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management or equivalent
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration or business related equivalent.

Manditory Expereince:
6+ years professional / business experience.
3+ years experience as a business analyst in an Information Technology environment (projects vary):
* SAP implementation projects, and/or
* Application development projects (experience with software development life-cycle), and/or
* Organizational change projects (change in people's roles, responsibilities and business processes).
* Experience gathering, documenting, and validating user requirements.
* Experience capturing requirements in the form of use cases
* Experience with Event Process Chain (EPC) modeling or Business Process Modeling (BPM)
* Experience with test planning, testing and facilitating user acceptance testing.
* Experience facilitating workshops with users.

Experience with the following project management and communication tools:
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Visio
Experience with the following tools would be an asset: HP Quality Centre, ARIS, MS Project, Primavera
