To significantly increase and diversify revenue to support the Edwards School of Business and institutional goals by obtaining philanthropic support from donors and prospects (including individuals, corporations and foundations) who have the capacity to make defined major gifts. The incumbent will plan, develop, solicit, and manage a portfolio of donors and prospective donors who have this financial capacity with the goal of maximizing and diversifying financial support for the Edwards School of Business and institutional priorities and goals. This position is to fill a one year maternity leave for the Director of Development, with overlap on either side of the leave period. In the event that we are able to extend the term, this position may become an ongoing member of the Advancement and Alumni Relations team within the School, with a corresponding change in reporting relationship to the Director of Development.
