Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for an Infrastructure Messaging Support Analyst for a 3 year contract role in Regina.
Major Responsibilities:
The Messaging & User Administration and management service provides for the day-to-day administration and management of the Messaging Server environment.
The service is comprised of the following steady-state components:
Messaging tier 2 support to CI&Ts Service Desk, Tier 3 support
Messaging server product management,
Messaging ID management,
Messaging security
Public Address Book management
Support of 3rd party product integration (i.e., video conferencing, ECMI etc.,)
Deliverables/Quality of Service:
Documented procedures that describe the procedures required to submit a request for administrative services.
Monthly operational reports.
Quarterly security health checks report.
Transition checklist and product operations procedures document.
Description:
Load Messaging server code and configure the code to support the customer technical infrastructure
Monitor the Messaging server
Provide tier 2 support to the Service Desk
Change and manage the Messaging application product
Report on the Messaging application product
Remove the Messaging application product
Messaging Application Security
Public Address book management
Requests Pertaining To The Public Address Book
Access Control Group And ID Management
