Our team is growing once again and we are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a physical demanding environment and have great attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be flexible, work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.  The ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.  

The Construction Foreman must be able to establish a good working relationship with many different people, including other foreman, all trade persons, supervisors and labourers.

Qualifications:

    Strong knowledge of all building techniques, building codes, and safety regulations associated with the construction of multi-storey apartment buildings
    *5-10 years of construction experience
    *Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural schematics
    *Energetic, confident self-starters, with a strong work ethic
