We are in search of motivated, career minded individuals for the following opportunity in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

SERVICE MANAGER/WRITER

As a Service Manager/Writer you are responsible for overseeing our Service Center and providing each customer with an exceptional experience, primarily assisting them with their repair needs and scheduling of maintenance services.  You are the Customers key support network throughout the duration of their service needs.

Greets every customer as they come to the Service department, sell and schedule needed service work & recommended vehicle maintenance and maintain proper follow-up with EVERY client.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

-Follow the Dealership prescribed service process.

-Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.

-Answer & address all incoming service phone calls in a timely, friendly manner

-Schedules service appointments. Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.

-Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refers to test technician.

-Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.

-Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.

- Maintain extensive contact with customers. Update on progress of repair throughout the day and contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
