Description

Duties:
Recruit, process, schedule & introduce volunteers for the Centre and Mumford House.  Interview and distribute Thrift Store vouchers for furniture, household items and clothing.  Keep daily stats for admin.  Stats on numbers in coffee house, how many breakfasts prepared, home visits and phone interviews.  Senior visitation outreach. Make contact and visit seniors in their homes. Assist with community activities & programs: Breakfast program, Coffee Houses, Community Dinners, Back Pack Program, Christmas Hamper program. Do monthly stats and synopsis of events.

Requirements:
-  Grade 12 and related specialized courses
-  Physically strong enough to work outside if required and to lift boxes of food
-  Computer knowledge
-  Valid driver's licence
-  Police Record Check
-  1 to 3 years related experience including experience working with multi-barriered persons
