Office Administrative Support
We are currently seeking a reliable individual to provide office and administrative support to all departments when applicable. This is a full time Monday to Friday positon where you would be a part of a team and will report directly to the AG Manager, with a starting salary of $14 with room for growth.
Primary Duties:
o Provide Support
o Data Entry
o Photocopying
o Proofing programs
o Making exhibitor packages
o Making sponsor packages
o Coordinating sponsor presentations
o Making and printing labels, name badges
o Managing ribbons/awards
o Doing inventory on items
o Creating informational signage
o Running errands
o Entering entries into appropriate program (Excel, Access).
o Any other duties as required
Microsoft Access update event contact info (exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, consignors, members, buyers etc.). It is essential that this is done on an ongoing basis to keep our information current as this program is our contact database and is used for event mail outs, appreciation social invites, sponsorship requests etc.
Receptionist Support- Assist customers at the counter, issue receipts and take payments, need to have experience in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Access)
Social Media posting (Facebook & Twitter), knowledge of Agriculture required.
