Junior Admin Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual for a Junior Admin Position in Lloydminster. This is an amazing company that operates with honesty, integrity, and by reputation and very community oriented. This would be a full time Monday to Friday schedule with the possibility of overtime, with at starting salary of $18/hour.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Answering the phone
Email, fax, scanning and filing
Booking appointments
Greeting clients
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in all areas of the office where needed
Update forms and supplies in signing rooms
Keep office tidy and clean
Update and clear projects daily, update client lists
Arrive 10 minutes early every day to make coffee
Ideal Candidate would be;

Fast learner
Have excellent phone etiquette
Willing to learn new things
Polite and courteous
Able to operate debit, fax, photocopiers, mail machine, etc
Willing to stay late or work overtime if needed
