Description

Courtesy Collision Centre has an immediate opening for a
permanent full-time Manager.

Reporting to the dealer principal,
this experienced individual is responsible for the various operational aspects of
the auto body shop.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Supervisory / management experience in the Body Shop
industry;
- Mitchell estimating system experience including UltraMate and
Dashboard;
- Good working relationship with SGI;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good team player with staff and business colleagues;
- ADP software experience an asset, but not essential;
- Basic other computer skills including use of emails, Microsoft
Word and Excel;
- Journeyman preferred but not a necessity;
- Ability to coach staff and maintain the business continuity.
