The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders' Association acts as the voice of the residential construction industry. We are a member-based association with 300+ members in the Saskatoon & Region area. We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small office with a close-knit group, assist and participate in networking events, and create communication initiatives for all aspects of the Association.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Design and develop materials for Association events including event packages, advertisements, signage, email, social media and etc.
-Design and develop all communication material including member newsletter, member directory, newspaper articles, and news releases
-Maintain Association website including the development and updating of content and graphics
-Assist with member networking events and implementation of large special events, including promotion, sales, administration, etc.

Qualifications:
-Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat is required
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Familiarity in WordPress, online survey systems, and online email distribution systems are an asset
-Strong written and verbal skills
-Attention to detail and good organization skills
-Team player who is flexible and highly adaptive
