Skill Required and Job Duties:

o Cleaning Duties and Skills:
-Clean tables, trays and chairs;
-Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas;

o Counter Attendant and other Skills and Duties:
-Prepare, heat and finish simple food items;
-Package take-out food;
-Portion and wrap foods;
-Serve customers at counters or tables;
-Stock Refrigerators;
-Take customer orders;
-Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs;
-Sweep and mop floors;
-Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment;
-Handle and store cleaning products;
-Remove kitchen garbage and trash;
-Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
