If you have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy Retail Sales without the retail hours, this Parts & Accessories Specialist role may be just right for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales:  
    - Provide exceptional sales and service to meet customer needs.  

    - Respond to telephone enquiries and spend time on the sales floor to greet customers and provide prompt, friendly assistance.  Identify and fulfill customer needs by helping them select the best solution to their parts and/or accessory needs.    

    - Maintain an up to date knowledge of parts & accessories product features, in order to proactively increase their selling benefits and capabilities.

2. Customer Service  
    - Provide accurate information to assist customers in making their best buying decisions and maintain high customer satisfaction.   Provide timely follow up with customers.

3. Inventory Support
    - Assist in the maintenance and selection of parts and accessories, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet company and customer needs.  
    
    - Account for incoming/outgoing parts and accessories, and maintain well-stocked and attractive merchandise displays.  


Education:
    - A related Diploma or formal training is an asset.

Experience:
    - Experience in retail sales and building relationships with customers.
    
    - Some experience in parts inventory control is preferred.

Personality/Desired attributes:
    - Motivated retail sales professional with integrity and a strong commitment to customer service.

    - Mechanically inclined.

    - Punctual, reliable and takes ownership of his/her responsibilities.
