Description

As Parts & Accessories Manager with a reputable recreational vehicle dealership, you will oversee a busy parts & accessories department,
and coordinate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.  

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Department Management & Customer Relations  
   -- Maintain an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department.  Determine and coordinate customer needs with the service department, sales, etc. to ensure a high level of service is provided.  
   -- Establish pricing guidelines and negotiate with suppliers to achieve targeted profits.  
   -- Develop and implement a successful marketing and merchandising plan.

2. Staff Development  
   -- Manage, develop and sustain a high level of employee performance and morale, resulting in a fulfilling and productive work environment.    

3. Inventory Management  
   -- Maintain and control inventory of parts and accessories to meet the needs of customers and service department.  
   -- Establish and maintain an effective ordering process to achieve the balance and guidelines defined.  Establish an internal communication system to ensure intradepartmental coordination and accountability.  Effectively control the receiving and notification process.

Education:
A related Diploma or formal training is an asset.

Experience:
Experience in business operations, parts inventory control and customer relations is preferred.  

Computer:
Working knowledge.

Personality/ Desired attributes:
   -- Motivated leader with a strong commitment to customer service and profitable business operations.  
   -- Mechanically inclined.  Punctual, reliable and takes ownership of his/her responsibilities.  Enjoys working hard and having fun.
