If yes, Decisive Farming needs you to join their team as their Business Development Specialist for the Moose Jaw/Regina area.
The Business Development Specialists main responsibility is for the profitable and sustainable sales growth and existing customer maintenance of Decisive Farmings four product/service lines. This includes growing the current market share by not only recruiting new farmer customers but also fostering current customer relationships. This growth will be achieved by developing relationships with farmers by working one-on-one with them to identify their needs, increasing customer confidence in Decisive Farming by providing and arranging timely service, participating and organizing promotional activities like trade show attendance, as well as continuously calling, emailing, and meeting on farm with potential and existing customers to promote Decisive Farming.
