CORE FUNCTIONS:
Collaborates with Head of Marketing and Sales in establishing and achieving aggressive goals for the company.
Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Manages and coaches a team of field sales reps.
Compensation:
The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Top 1% in terms of Total Compensation Package (Best in the Industry)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consistently meets and exceeds quota on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Develops and drives the strategic direction of the assigned territory to drive growth and meet sales expectations.
Develops and executes Route planning/ Territory planning of Sales Representative for accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives.
Coaching and development of a team of sales people and support staff.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Collaborates with Head of Marketing and Sales to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Requirement:
Experience in B2B sales of preferably cleaning products.
At least 2 years of experience as Territory Manager/ Sales manager, managing a team of sales reps in B2B business
Outstanding record of achieving sales quotas.
Experienced in successfully handling key accounts.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
