Required Immediately. University or college graduate in Business/Administration preferred. Strong computer and accounting skills required. Proficient in Word and Excel are a must. Accounting duties include: Invoicing, AP, AR, Payroll, HR, Bank Reconciliations. Office duties include: filing, scanning, data entry, typing - secretarial/reception. Experience with Quick Books and/or ISC (Information Services Corporation) considered an asset. Customer service, attention to details, flexible and willing to learn are strong attributes to the position. Own transportation required.
